Production board

The kanban your shop floor runs on.

Five columns from artwork to dispatched. Drag a card to advance a stage: the stage history, stock movements and outbound webhooks follow, and the customer hears from you at print queue and at dispatch.

Every live job in one place, with unit counts and due dates on the card. Drag to advance a stage; each move can text or email the customer.
How it works

Drag, advance, automate.

01

Drag a card

Native HTML5 drag and drop. Works on touch tablets, mouse, and trackpad. Cards are draggable from any column to any column.

02

Stage history written

Every move appends a row to the order's stage history with timestamp and the staff member who moved it. Append-only audit trail.

03

Customer comms fire

Move to Print Queue, the customer gets a "we're starting your job" SMS. Move to Dispatched, an invoice is auto-generated and emailed.

04

Stock consumed

Move to In Production and the SKUs on the order get deducted from on_hand stock, writing a movement to the append-only ledger.

05

Webhooks dispatched

Every stage change publishes to any subscribed outbound webhook. Wire to Zapier, Make.com, or your own backend.

06

Every screen keeps up

Every open board updates every fifteen seconds, so the sales tablet and the owner's phone show the move without a refresh. The floor TV refreshes itself every minute.

Shop floor TV mode

The same board, full screen, on a wall.

Mount an iPad or a TV. /workspace/floor-board shows the kanban full-bleed with overdue alerts and live press indicator. Updates every fifteen seconds.

Run the press, not the queue.

14 day free trial. The board ships seeded so you can drag a card around the day you sign up.
