Demi, your assistant

Ask your shop a question.

Demi answers in plain English from your live workspace data, naming the specific orders, SKUs, invoices and customers. She never invents a number.

Demi is not switched on for new workspaces yet. Everything on this page describes what ships; we will remove this line the day she is enabled.

What Demi answers

Six lookups, answered from live data.

Each question runs one or more of these lookups against your workspace and only your workspace. If a question needs data Demi does not have, she says so rather than guessing.

"Which orders are late?"

Counts and lists orders past their due date that have not been dispatched, oldest first.

"Which SKUs are low on stock?"

Lists active SKUs at or below their reorder point, lowest cover first.

"Where is order ORD-2026-0001?"

Looks up one order by number: stage, due date, customer and lines.

"Which invoices are overdue?"

Counts and lists unpaid invoices past their due date with the customer and the balance.

"What happened to quote Q-2026-0001?"

Looks up one quote by number: status, value, customer and when it was sent.

"Who are my top customers this month?"

Ranks customers by invoiced revenue for the current calendar month.

How it works

Scoped to your workspace. Read only. Included up to your plan's monthly cap.

Runs on Claude

Anthropic's Claude answers the question with the lookup results as context. Your shop's data is passed for that query and discarded; it does not train the model.

Scoped to your workspace

Every lookup is filtered to your workspace at the database layer. Demi cannot see another shop's orders, customers or invoices.

Read only

Demi answers questions. She does not move board cards, send emails or take payments.

Included in your plan

On Starter and above, up to a monthly cap of questions (Starter: 200 a month, Premium: 1,500 a month, Enterprise: unlimited). Once the cap is reached Demi stops answering until the next month. There is no separate usage charge.

Suggested prompts

Tap to fill prompt chips in the widget cover the six lookups, so a new shop does not have to work out what to ask.

Honest when switched off

On a workspace where Demi is not enabled, she says so in one line instead of answering from nothing.

The question you would ask a senior staff member.
